We have always dyno-tested 100% of our aluminum shocks confirming every shock is within tolerance. If it’s not, it’s corrected.
It must be within tolerance when it leaves the factory!
And, we’ve been keeping a complete database of every aluminum shock we manufacture for the last 2 years. When a shock is sent to us for repairs, we will know its complete history; what it was the 1st time PLUS every other time it was ever tested, rebuilt or revalved.
