RETURN POLICY:  Ellis Engineering may from time to time accept products for return for credit if Ellis Engineering has received from buyer a request for return of specific products and if Ellis Engineering has given its express written approval for such items.

The buyer's request for return of product must be made within (3) months of the date of purchase by the Buyer of products from Ellis Engineering. 

Products designed, manufactured, and produced to buyer's specifications or parts thereof may not be returned for credit. 

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number with the return. Any returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted. 

Product that is not in new condition or if damaged in anyway will not be accepted for return by  Ellis Engineering even if return authorization has been given.
